• Position : Family Butler / Management – Up to $3,700 Basic – Orchard 
• Location : Orchard 
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – 7.30AM to 5.00PM 
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 + OT + CPF Contribution + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits of up to $1,000/year + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities: 

• Manage the day-to day operations of the family estate. 
• Manage household helper and undertake basic estate maintenance, which includes simple DIY activities like garden maintenance, replacement of faulty lighting, etc. 
• Perform routine estate maintenance inspection of residence areas and surrounding landscape. 
• Liaise with external vendors for advanced repairs relating to the estate and for owners’ vehicles (i.e. vehicle repairs and routine servicing) in the estate. 
• Maintain owners’ vehicles (including washing of vehicles) and undertake chauffeuring duties as and when required. 
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Hands-on and diligent in manage the day-to-day operations of a family estate. 
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality on the family’s matters. 
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only 
• Must have Class 3 License
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
