• Provide finance support to the Manufacturing entity.
• Assist in preparation of annual operating plan and monthly/quarterly forecast.
• Perform verification, closure and timely posting of production orders
• Analyse production order and materials variances and assist in standards setting.
• Prepare monthly Operation reports and KPI dashboard.
• Generate sales invoicing for intercompany billing.
• Prepare monthly expense accruals, review expense accounts and open PO report.
• Perform financial month end closing, management and head office reporting.
• Ensure compliance to SOX regulation and maintain proper documentation, schedules and procedures.
• Liaise with Asia Finance team on various accounting matter (cashflow, payments, billing etc).
• Monitor actual capital expenditure vs plan and ensure proper recording in accordance to company policies.
• Work closely with operations in process improvements, controls and productivity projects.
• Perform Fixed Assets count and assets tagging.
• Perform physical inventory counts including cycle counts and investigate on any discrepancies.
• Liaise with external auditor on audit matters including preparation of audit schedules.
• Perform any other ad hoc assignment/special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably familiar in manufacturing space.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and tight deadlines, meticulous and a team player.
• Self motivated individual with positive mindset and excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in ERP system and familiar with Dynamics 365 and Power BI will be an advantage.
