Live Stream Operations Specialist - #1090647

MumsMe is currently looking for TALENTS like you to join as a Live Streams Operations Specialist. You will be mainly responsible for managing our live streaming events—from pre-live equipment checks and set-ups to real-time audience engagement. 

Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for all pre-live preparations, including equipment checks and adjustments, to ensure stable operation of the live streaming platform. 
2. Arrange and set up advertisements during the live stream according to marketing strategies to increase audience engagement and brand exposure. 
3. Manage product inventory to ensure the quantities of products mentioned during the live stream are accurate.
4. Handle the setup and decoration of the live streaming background to create an engaging environment for the audience. 
5. Assist with packing goods when needed to ensure efficient and effective customer delivery.
6. Address customer chats in real time during the live stream, answering questions and improving customer satisfaction.
7. Set up and manage flash sales or giveaway events during the live stream to increase audience interaction and purchasing desire.
8. Ensure the live stream runs smoothly without technical issues, resolving any problems that arise promptly to maintain continuous streaming.
9. Perform any additional tasks as required that are relevant to your job scope to support the smooth operation of live streaming and related activities.

Job Requirements

• Language required: English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking customers during live stream chat)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
• Able to work on a 5 days work week with rotational roster 
  Working Hours: 2pm - 11pm
