Shipping Coordinator - Tuas / Changi - #1090642

Position: Account & Shipping Assistant

• Salary: $2.2K - $2.5K
• Working Hours: 5 days (8.30am – 6.00pm) 
• Working Location: Changi 

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping Operations

• Coordinate shipments with logistics providers.
• Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists).
• Track shipments and resolve issues.

Accounting Tasks

• Process invoices, payments, and credits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Updating inventory records.

Requirements:

• Basic accounting knowledge.
•  Familiarity with shipping procedures.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR/OFFICER 
Working days: Mon-Fri 08.30am – 5.30pm (5days / 5.25Days)
Location:  Tuas (Company transport provided at Jurong east / Jurong Point / Tuas MRT)
Salary: SGD 1,800 - SGD2,500

Choose Either 1 role from below.
Role 1: - 5.25Days

Key Responsibilities: 

• Order processing - LCL, FCL and monthly palletising shipments
• Conduct monthly cycle counts
• Computer literate with Microsoft, WMS AS400, emails corresponding
• Simple physical work on goods verification

Role 2:  - 5 days
Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and vendors
• Scheduling of cross border trucking
• Submission of permits to 3rd party declarant
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Order office supplies
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Liaise with other officers to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
• Shipment arrangement Import/Export handling.

Job Requirements:

• Training Provided. With 1yr relevant exp is an advantaged
• Need to Liaise with Malaysia counter party trucker
• Fine with warehouse office environment
