Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Sales Operations: Manage the day-to-day sales activities for various channel, including mass merchandisers, independent dealers, and wholesalers.
• Team Management: Provide leadership to the distribution team, driving the team to achieve KPIs such as dealer sell-out, market inventory control, channel profitability, stock aging, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP).
• Manage Distribution Budget: Effectively manage the distribution budget to ensure return on investment (ROI) and the achievement of set objectives.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Initiate Operational Improvements: Drive change and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct In-Depth Analytics: Perform detailed analysis of business performance by channel and product to maximize profitability.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience in sales management and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
