Admin Executive - #1090634

Responsibilities:

• Basic Receptionist Duties 
• Work with freight forwarder to arrange for container shipping
• Arrange with local transporter for material delivery to sites
• Maintain inventory movement record, assist with stock-taking activities
• Provide admin support to production workers-related matters 
• Manage factory/office supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Good working attitude and sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant working experience
