Are you a skilled Manufacturing Technician or CNC Machinist looking for an exciting opportunity? 

Position: Manufacturing Technician (OD Grinding/ Milling/ Lathe)
 

Job Summary:

As a Manufacturing Technician/CNC Machinist, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC and conventional machines, ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet our customers’ specifications. You will also support CORE & EH&S activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Description

• Set up, operate, and maintain various CNC and conventional machines, including Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Shaping, Hobbing, and Broaching.
• Ensure accurate inspections using measuring equipment, gages, and fixtures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints with precision.
• Maintain records and work in line with technical instructions and drawings.
• Keep work areas clean and organized after use.
• Promptly report any issues that could affect product quality or safety to the Supervisor.
• Take on additional tasks as required by the Supervisor.
   

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year working experience in a Precision Engineering environment. (excluding on-the-job training).
• Able to work rotating weekly shifts.

Desired Characteristics:

• Team player with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient in CNC programming.
• Ability to comprehend technical instructions and drawings.
• Experience using measuring instruments.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
