LOCATION OF WORK : Ang Mo Kio area

Scope of Work:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support, including documentation filing, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics. 
• To produce invoice and keep track of AR/AP. 
• Assisting with HR tasks such as employee onboarding, application of workpass, training book and etc
• Performing other general office duties as and when required

Requirement:

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative role
• Good organizational and time management skills 
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and together as a team
