Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of market research to recognize industry trends and define target audience characteristics.
• Create and prepare corporate materials such as management reports, daily media monitoring updates, and social media analysis summaries.
• Assist in developing media strategies, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This includes proactive outreach to media outlets, preparing materials like speeches, talking points, press releases, and videos.
• Oversee the publication process, from editorial planning, interviews, writing, photography, to proofreading, production, and managing the publications. Work closely with internal and external teams to create engaging and educational content aimed at increasing publication reach.
• Manage on-site event coordination and follow up after events.
• Contribute to the planning of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Draft content for website articles, estate improvement booklets, received compliments, internal newsletters, and more.
• Coordinate the timely printing, delivery, and distribution of promotional materials such as banners and newsletters.
• Manage filming requests from both internal and external parties.
• Source and facilitate the procurement of services related to communications and engagement tasks as needed.
• Serve as the custodian of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the PR/Communications Team, ensuring compliance from all internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the management and inventory of publicity materials, including promotional items and gifts.
• Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as tracking tenders and contracts for the PR/Communications team.
• Provide photography and videography support and conduct interviews with relevant parties to enhance the company’s branding and public image.
• Address feedback and handle incidents as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mass Communications / Marketing or equivalent disciplines
• 3 years of experience in similar function
• Proficiency in Adobe Suites, photography, videography and social media platforms is required
• Possess good communication skills both written and spoken
