Job Description:
- Manage section heads, assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate performance.
- Develop staff through training, conduct reviews, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Ensure a safe and organized workspace (5S).
- Identify and escalate improvement opportunities.
- Oversee production schedules and manage manpower.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
- Essential supervisory experience.
- Good understanding of manufacturing process flow and supporting functions.
- Knowledge of hazardous substances.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
