Responsibilities

• Review tender specifications and quantity take off for tender submission.
• Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit shop drawing, & other required documents.
• Pre and post-contract administration.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, finalization of accounts.
• Coordinate with the team to prepare drawings for submission.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
• Maintain project filing and perform other duties as assigned
   

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in AutoCAD and QS or related construction field.
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
