Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the Human Resource Executive position.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, Selection, and Placement
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Create and update job descriptions, post job advertisements on various platforms, and actively source suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source and place candidates as needed.
  • Maintain and manage employee personal files (P-Files) and ensure all employee records are up-to-date and accurate.
• On-boarding and Off-boarding
  • Manage and support the on-boarding process for new hires and the off-boarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as letters of appointment, confirmation, and termination.
• Work Pass Applications & Contract matters
  • Handle all matters related to work pass applications, including submission and follow-up.
  • Handle all matters related to contract renewal.
• Others
  • Address and resolve enquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the HR department.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience and preferable in manufacturing sector.
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent and able to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong ethics and reliability
