Sales Admin / Admin Executive (Automotive, Work Life Balance) - #1090595

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
• Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, and logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in pricing updates, inventory tracking, and sales data reconciliation.
• Support sales representatives with documentation, customer queries, and administrative tasks.
• Generate dashboards and automate reports to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• GCE “O”  Level or Diploma in Business Adminsitration or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, automation, V lookup).
• Experience in sales support, administration, or a related role is a plus
