Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee timely invoicing, billing, collection of school fees and follow up action.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Prepare revenue and bank reconciliation reports.
• Issuing tax invoices, credit notes, statement of accounts,  receipts and other financial documents.
• Complete monthly financial closing and balance sheet schedules
• Manage Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) administration, cancellation, and compliances
• Liaise with external auditors and other statutory/regulatory bodies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience or similar function; audit experience is bonus
• Familiar with accounting and tax policy
• Experience in using Microsoft Dynamic is added advantage
