Our client is a local company, one of the leaders in the IT industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located at Tampines Area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and messages.
- Verify payments and process transactions.
- Oversee restocking and order supplies as needed.
- Handle client inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Escalate customer feedback to the Manager.
- Assist with additional tasks and special assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service will be a great advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcomed!!
