About the role

Zenith Automobile Pte Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium range of automobiles and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role based in our Bukit Batok West Region showroom.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations
• Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales transactions in a professional and ethical manner
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and industry trends
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Contribute to the overall sales targets and growth of the company

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management software
