JOB SCOPE
Support and Manage Faculty Search Process
 · Assist the School HR Business Partner in coordinating with faculty members and manage all aspects of faculty recruitment
 · Plan, monitor, and track the status of each assigned faculty search 

 Initiate Faculty Search
 · Collaborate with Deans and Chairs to establish and appoint School Search Committees
 · Obtain approval for projected recruitment-related expenses
 · Draft Job Descriptions and work with HR Shared Services to post job advertisements 

Facilitate Candidate Shortlisting and Evaluation
 · Coordinate with shortlisted candidates to collect CVs and dossiers
 · Request and manage references for shortlisted candidates
 · Maintain comprehensive records of SSC evaluations for each applicant
 · Arrange campus visits and interviews for top candidates
 · Review and ensure the accuracy of search reports submitted by SSCs
 · Compile all documentation required for submission 

Approval and Selection Process
 · Prepare and draft the Chair’s and Dean’s reports on selected candidates
 · Facilitate obtaining approval from the Chair and Dean for the final candidate
 · Collate and submit dossiers and reports necessary for the University’s approval process 

REQUIREMENTS

· Degree with at least 2-4 years of experience in human resources or general administration roles
