The RF/Microwave Engineer will focus on the design, testing, and integration of RF/Microwave systems and components, ensuring they meet performance and functionality standards. The role involves collaborating with vendors, troubleshooting, and contributing to system documentation. You will also support system qualification and delivery, with potential for on-site customer involvement over an extended period

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Involved in the design, analysis and testing of RF/Microwave components and systems to support the functionality of the main System for the Customer.
  • Work with various subcontractors and vendors to source for the required COTS components to build and test the RF/ Microwave subsystems.
  • Conduct performance testing, measurement and troubleshooting of the RF/ Microwave components and systems in lab and field environments.
  • Develop the test plans, procedures and reports to validate the RF/ Microwave components and subsystems.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, reports and design specifications and drawings.
  • Involved in the System installation, checkout, integration and testing activities leading to System Qualification testing and delivery to the Customer.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or RF/ Microwave Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of RF/ Microwave circuits and components. These components may include pulsed power amplifiers, circulator, isolator, waveguides and antennas.
  • Competency in RF/ Microwave simulation software and tools e.g. CST Microwave Studio, ANSYS High Frequency System Simulator or Keysight ADS, will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with RF/ Microwave measurement equipment e.g. Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, Vector Network Analyzer, Digital Oscilloscope.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to be hands on and work as a team player. Some of the work may be done outdoors and at Customer site.
  • Willing to be attached to the Customer’s premises for at least 24 months.
  • Singaporean only
