The Electrical Engineer will design, test, and validate electrical subsystems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role involves collaborating with vendors, troubleshooting systems, and contributing to technical documentation. You will also support system integration and qualification testing, with the potential for on-site work at the customer’s location

Be Part of Our Success

• Involved in the design, analysis and testing of the electrical subsystems to support the functionality of the main System for the Customer.
• Work with various subcontractors and vendors to source for the required materials, components or equipment to build and test the electrical subsystems.
• Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting of the high voltage electrical systems in lab and field environments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations related to high voltage systems. 
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, reports and design specifications and drawings.
• Involved in the System installation, checkout, integration and testing activities leading to System Qualification testing and delivery to the Customer

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge of high voltage electrical system designs and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with the testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits involving distribution panels, circuit breakers (MCCB, RCCB) etc. A Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification will be an advantage.
• Competency in at least one COTS software for electrical systems analysis (loading) and simulation software will be preferred.
• Understanding of safety procedures when working with high voltage systems.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to be hands on and work as a team player. Some of the work may be done outdoors and at Customer site.
• Willing to be attached to the Customer’s premises for at least 24 months.
