• Yearly Salary Increment
• OT payable
• 5.25 days, Monday to Friday, Alt Saturday
• 800am-1600pm , 800am-1200pm
• 2 way Company Transport provided at Jurong East MRT
  
  Responsibilities:
• Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer’s volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores
• Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution centre.
• Close monitoring on day-to-day activities and implementation of proactive measures to raise KPI targets
• Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
• Decision making based on analytical data and report preparation for meeting purpose.
• Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.
• Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.
