Job Description
- Provide advisory to facilitate the employment of manpower
- Identify issues relating to effectiveness and soundness of policies/procedures
- List down the pain points and make recommendation for improvements
- Build and maintain trust relationship by engaging with customers
- Manage concurrent workstream
Job Requirements
Able to handle high volumes of calls
Prior experience in call centre is preferred
Min N levels
