M&E COORDINATOR - #1090536

Job Description

1. Understand main contract and sub-contract requirements
2. Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
3. Prepare combine services drawings and liaise with consultants / clients
4. Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval
5. Study, coordinate and supervise the M&E works with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
6. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
7. Ensure M&E works are performing on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
8. Attend site meeting as and when required
9. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management / Project Manager

Job Requirements

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and / or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage
2. Min 5 years or more experience as M&E Coordinator in local construction experience.
3. Good knowledge in Singapore standards & requirements
4. Able to work independently with positive attitude
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
