You are required to provide support to the administrative process in New Business Underwriting.
Responsibilities:
• Process billings, collections, payments & refunds policy premiums.
• Process medical billings & tracking medical reports.
• Registration/verification/amendment of new proposal submissions.
• Policy documents checking & despatching.
• Other duties include (but not limited to), back-up duties during team member’s absence and other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Ad-hoc projects assigned to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree - preferably with 1-3 years’ admin experience in Life Insurance.
- Good team player with an eye to details & ability to work under pressure.
- Good problem solving & interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office (eg Excel, Word) applications.
- High level of integrity & take accountability of work
- Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
- Hardworking dedicated team player with strong & flexible time management to support peak period whenever required to meet tight deadlines
Location: 200 Changi Road
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
