Junior Account cum Admin Assistant - #1090528

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording daily transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist with simple accounting tasks such as issuing invoices, purchase orders, and quotations.
• Update and maintain the filing system.
• Provide administrative support, including document filing, scheduling, and other office tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience (comprehensive training will be provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 365 applications.
• Knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, patient, and highly organized.
• A team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
