Plumbing and Sanitary Site Manager - #1090518

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing and Sanitary Site Manager to oversee
all plumbing and sanitary services for our ongoing condominium projects. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and sanitary systems,
particularly within the context of condominium construction in Singapore.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and supervise all plumbing and sanitary installations on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. - Conduct
regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Address any plumbing and sanitary issues that arise during construction.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Plumbing, Sanitary Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3years of experience in plumbing and sanitary services, specifically in
condominium projects in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

*Preferred Skills:*
- Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing and sanitary services.
- Experience with project management software and drafting skill
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
