Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient production schedules and manpower utilization.
- Maintain quality control and implement process improvements.
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct risk assessments.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.
- Train and develop staff, manage performance, and address disciplinary actions.
- Communicate between management and operators.
- Monitor production performance and report on key indicators.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Strong communication and supervisory skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
