Position Overview

The candidate will assist the Group HR Manager in Compensation and benefits, recruitment and IR.

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment process, on boarding and off boarding
• Involve in induction and employee communication
• Administer and manage all training courses and activities including liaising with 3rd party trainers
• Apply on-line with WDA for training grant for approved courses
• Involve in the in-house newsletter
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Good in interpersonal and able to engage different level of stakeholders to support them in the HR needs
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task & detail oriented.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications
