What you'll be doing

• Render excellent & timely support for customers enquires, feedback, order-related matters with sense of urgency across all online-to-offline platforms.
• Attend to customers in showroom and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients 
• Responsible for the coordination of end-to-end order management and fulfilment, by working closely with internal colleagues and/or external vendors to fulfil customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Attend & provide support for roadshow events.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Good communication, independent, confident and self-motivated with good sales and servicing attitude
• Prior experience in customer service / retail sales or relevant industry is preferred.
• Good command of speaking and writing in English 
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of ecommerce platform and social media is a plus
• Candidate without the relevant experience but keen to build a career in customer service are encouraged to apply
