Position Overview:
Join Thymn Pte Ltd as a Senior Architectural Designer and play a vital role in designing and delivering innovative, sustainable, and functional buildings. As a key member of our architectural team, you’ll contribute your expertise to every phase of our projects. This full-time role, based in the Bishan Central region, offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our wider team to help shape the future of the built environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Conceptual, Submission, Tender, and Construction Drawings using Revit.
• Create 3D renderings and presentation materials.
• Manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Address site and technical issues as they arise.
• Demonstrate knowledge of contract administration.
• Coordinate effectively with the project team.
• Perform general project administration tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in residential and industrial development projects.
• Familiarity with local regulations and experience in authority submissions.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max.
