Location: Jurong East
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Entitled to AWS + VB + Transport Allowances

Responsibilities

• Manage airfreight import shipments, including documentation, booking, shipment control, insurance, and customs clearance.
• Communicate with carriers, subcontractors, and branch offices to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on daily shipment orders and prepare complete export documentation.
• Provide excellent customer support and services.
• Manage Pre-Alert notifications to destination offices and agents.
• Prepare and track offers while addressing client inquiries and complaints.
• Issue invoices with supporting documents to customers and agents.
• Review job costing for each file to avoid losses.
• Handle import customs clearance processes.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Experience in airfreight import and export processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in documentation and basic computer tools.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
