Salary: $2,800 to $3,800
Working Time: 5.5 days 
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm | Alt Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm 
Working Location: Tuas
Other Allowance + Annual Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:
• To handle warranty submission for vehicles
• To handle and provide status on technical recalls.
• To submit technical reports for principals.
• To provide technical training for technicians.
• To handle technical failure discussion with principals & cross functions.
• To be the main coordinator in tracking & submitting documentations for items under warranty for all service centers with principals
• To assist or carry out warranty audit on a regular basis
• To be the master controller of the list of items under warranty for all service centers.
• To keep & store the physical items under warranty in case they are required during audits.
• Provide technical advice for workshop.
• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors

Requirements:
• NTC 2 or NITEC 2 in Automotive Technology or relevant certification
• Min 2-3 years' experience in automotive industry - Heavy vehicle and EV
