Senior Manager, Procurement | Changi | Up to $6,500 - #1090461

Duration: 6 months

Location: Changi 

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

Support project planning, procurement processes, and contract management in compliance with government policies.
Assist in preparing and managing procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution.
Consolidate and analyze data for monthly management reports, providing variance analysis and trend insights.
Develop clear, data-driven reports to support strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in procurement, contract management, or project planning (government experience is a plus!).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create impactful reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and procurement software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
