Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, manage, and control construction project costs, including budgets, estimates, and tender documents.
2. Assist in preparing and evaluating tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
3.Administer construction contracts, including reviewing and advising on contract terms, conditions, and variations.
4. Prepare and analyze cost estimates, including quantifying materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
5. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and disputes related to construction projects.
6. Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
7. Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
8. Manage and negotiate changes to project scope, budget, or timeline.
9. Assist in resolving disputes and claims related to construction projects.
10. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project costs, progress, and issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Project Management, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying within the renovation or construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and ensure project success.
