ASSOCIATE ENGINEER - #1090443

We currently are looking for talented candidates to join Unifiedcomms as an Associate Engineer. 

As an Associate Engineer, you will be an active member in the project team to coordinate, implement project and provide technical support for our production systems. As part of our professional team, you will be providing support to our pre-sales team in designing the solution. You will look forward to having lots of customers’ interaction during your course of work.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales support on demo and proof of concept
• Service Onboarding: Coordination, installation, configuration, verification and commissioning of service orders.
• Post-sales technical support
• System management onadministration, backup/recovery, performance/fault management
• Tech Support with rotating shifts on 24x7 support phone duty.
• Report generation for business analytic

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications/Information/Engineering
• Fresh graduates with outstanding results are encouraged to apply

Essential Attributes and Skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Skilled in Linux, MySQL, Python and Networking.
• Knowledge on voice solution such as PBX, Contact Centre, VoIP and Cloud solution will be advantageous 
• Self-Starter and independent.
