Executive (Contract Part-time, Adolescent Medicine Service) - #1090427

The Executive will assist with the research projects, coordinates and administers the research activity. He/ She will assist in project planning and ensures that pre-established study protocol and regulatory requirements are adhered to, responsible for conducting focus group discussions, individual interviews, administration of surveys and transcription. The Executive will also be responsible for data entry and data analysis.

Job Responsibility:

• Take major role in designing and implementing qualitative research, as well as monitoring data integrity and analysing relevant data.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to help ensure that related research activities are in accordance with regulatory policies and procedures.
• Take responsibility for, manage and conduct administrative and management tasks associated with the research projects.
• Lead the writing of manuscript and research documents.
• Complied and maintain research study documents (i.e. enrollment log, attendance tracking binder, surveys, etc).
• Communicate regularly with, and report progress back to research study team as needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in psychology, nursing, teaching (other degree holders can be considered).
• Knowledge in qualitative data analysis such as NVIVO and quantitative analysis and manuscript writing will be an advantage.
• A team player and yet able to work independently.

• Strong analytical, organising and prioritising skills.
• Strong coordinating and facilitation skills.
• Possess positive personality with high initiative and ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision.
• Work requires a broad knowledge of organization, communications, and program coordination.
