[Full Time] Accounts Receivable Executive - #1090410

[Full Time] Education Sector | International School Ecosystem 

Responsibilities 

• Perform AR Month-end closing tasks (Deferred Revenue, Bank Reconciliation, monthly AR Aging report)
• Various duties and functions, which includes issuing school fees invoices and collection of fees
• Assist with the issuance of receipts
• Providing fees computation for student contracts
• Assist with refund status
• Follow up closely on AR Ageing and AR Report
• Monthly FPS (Fee Protection Scheme) Insurance submission
• Handling walk-in parents and queries
• Manage and handle yearly audit
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Position Requirement: 

• A diploma / bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Management or a related field is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or similar role
• Team player and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles & comfortable managing high volume of manual data in multiple systems
• Excellent English Language communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Excellent attention to detail & organised and methodical approach to tasks
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
