Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage projects to ensure key milestones are met within schedule
• Develop and maintain master project schedules, monitoring progress against defined milestones
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of project activities
• Oversee responsibilities across functions to keep project milestones on track
• Organize and lead Factory Acceptance Tests with customers and distributors
• Ensure all project documentation is reviewed, agreed upon, and finalized for delivery
• Schedule and coordinate on-site testing, ensuring a seamless handover to the aftermarket team
• Provide first-level technical support throughout project execution
• associates on deliveries, factory tests, and documentation
• Assist with project feasibility studies and cost estimation for project management activities
• Submit monthly project status reports to identify and address key issues or concerns
• Support submittals by providing engineering input for 3rd-party product and drawings
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution processes
• Collaborate with interplant
• Work closely with the scheduler, customer service, and production teams to update project status during weekly meetings
• Attend site meetings with contractors and consultants, as required
• Manage site installations, ensuring timely completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors on installation work, material approvals, and drawing submissions

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• Excellent ability of organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Positive attitude and committed to tasks dedicated
