Accounts Manager

Location: Jurong East
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Entitled to Bonuses + Allowances [Meal, Transport, Etc]

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting team's workflow and performance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Review and finalize financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure timely submission of taxes, regulatory filings, and financial reports.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Experience in managing and mentoring accounting teams to ensure high performance.
• Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders effectively.
