- Guest Reception & Check-In: Greet members and visitors upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and assisting with the check-in process to ensure a smooth and efficient entry.
- Locker Management: Assist members with opening and closing lockers, ensuring the process is handled securely and efficiently.
- Lost & Found Assistance: Manage lost and found inquiries, ensuring items are properly recorded and returned to their rightful owners.
- Lounge & Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge and reception areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Support the Operations Manager with various tasks and responsibilities as needed, adapting to changing operational needs.
- Do note this is a Part Time Role
