Position: Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Efficiently handle food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate delivery to guests.
• Offer friendly, discreet, and exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Assist fellow team members in preparation and setup for food and drink service in the lounge, ensuring all utensils and amenities are properly stocked and inspected before service.
• Address guest inquiries and make recommendations, including suggestive and upselling techniques, demonstrating deep knowledge of the menu and its offerings.
• Manage all lounge-related telephone and email reservation inquiries.
• Undertake any other administrative tasks within the lounge as needed.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification:

• Minimum secondary school education with ‘O’ level passes; a Diploma in any field is advantageous.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably within a hospitality organization.

Other Prerequisites:

• Hold a food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with guests.
