Our client is one of the World Best Airport and they are currently looking for vibrant individuals to be part of
their team!

Job Duties
- Managing of concierge duties and general enquiries
- Handling and administering of lost and found items
- Process and manage all promotions, events and gift redemptions
- Managing of ticketing services and sales transactions
- Administering restaurant reservation and loan of amenities
- Handle loyalty program queries
- Greeting of VIP guests, coordinate food and beverages replenishment as and when required
- Perform paging and in-house announcements
- Handle feedbacks and complaints from guests and tenants and proactively provide solutions
- Other administration and housekeeping duties as required

Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Pro-active and is comfortable interacting with passengers
- Analytical and self-motivated
- Resourceful and resilient
- Effective in problem solving
- Willing to commit rotating shift

- Training & Uniform provided
- Working hours: Variable retail timings
- Shift Pattern: 2 days work 2 days off
