QC Leader (Immediate) - #1090375

Key Responsibilities:

• Assigns the works to quality control inspectors.
• Communicates with customers/suppliers and assists them with product issues in absence of QC Manager.
• Coordinates the in-process and outgoing inspection to assure product quality.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
• Assist in training of associates in proper methods of measuring, inspecting and handling to ensure that customers receive products.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
• Assists in establishing safety standards to ensure efficient service and safe working condition.
• Initiates or suggests plan to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Maintains the department records and reports all major quality issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness for QC room.
• Comply the Environmental Instructions.
• Supervises associates in the QC department.
• Implement supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibility includes assisting in interviewing process, employing and training associates, planning and assigning.
• Involve in new project activities such as but not limited to lay out inspection, checking of PPAP samples, MSA activity, preparation of master/limit samples and Cpk evaluation.
• Participate in 5S activities.

Requirement/Skills:

• QC Equipment operation.
• Computer literate.
• Good general math skill.
• Knowledge of quality control/assurance.
• Measuring techniques and test methods are required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to implement instructions.
• Familiar with design of experience statistical techniques.
• Capable of conducting skill to training course for inspectors.

Qualifications: ITE/GCE “N/O” Level / Diploma in Quality Engineering/Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience: 3-4 years in QC/QA field.
