Telesales Officer (Novena/Customer Engagement/Office Hour) - #1090358

This is a hybrid Telesales & Customer Service role and is required to provide good customer service by handling inbound and outbound call activities relating to Credit Cards and Unsecured Loans with a cross-selling component as part of the job scope. They may also have to handle the Activation and Retention of Credit Cards for consumers.

Job Details:

• Salary ranges from $2,000 to $2,200 + Monthly Commission + Performance Bonus
• Monthly Commission Payout Structure: The incentive’s payout ranges from $1,000 - $6,000 subject to the monthly threshold. (Has the potential to earn more than $8,000 gross monthly subject to incentives tiers and performance.)
• Mon to Fri / 9AM to 630PM
• 1-Year Contract (Renewable/Convertible)
• Location: Novena

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees or Banking needs
• Cross-sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products via Inbound / Outbound Calls.
• Recommend and persuade customers with regard to unsecured retail banking products.
• To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
