Senior Finance Executive (Town Council) - #1090331

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts.
• Handle month-end, financial year-end closing, monthly balance sheet, P & L
• Monitor and comply with financial reporting guidelines.
• Prepare and review annual budget.
• Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears.
• Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls.
• Responsible for grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting etc.
• Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting
• 2 to 3 years of relevant full sets accounting experience
• Strong analytical thought process and able to handle tight timeline and stress
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills

Working hours : 5.25 days work week (8.30am - 5.30pm) Alternate half day Saturday (8.30am-1pm)

Working Location: Choa Chu Kang

Salary: $4,500
