Sales Support Executive (JLPT N2/manufaturing/up to 4.5K) VL83 - #1090328

• Responsible for account management of the customers who are mainly in Singapore. (some are in South East Asia countries)
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
• Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
• Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
• Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
• Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
• Meeting with technical team in japan and technical support team locally.

Requirements

• Min. diploma in Business or degree holder
• JLPT N2 and above is advantage as liaising with Japanese may be required.
• Responsible and Independent.
• Positive thinker and self-motivation.
• Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and power Point.
