What you'll be doing
- Manage administrative processes, including record-keeping, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist in financial processes such as billing, claims submissions, and financial reporting
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and hospital events
- Maintain and organise hospital records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Oversee office supply management and ensure efficient administrative support for various departments
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the hospital
What we're looking for
- Diploma level in Business/ Healthcare or related studies
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task
