Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: up to $15 per hour

Contract duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

 

Job descriptions:

• User support and feedback management.
• Work with internal stakeholders and users to understand functionality, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support in creating and implementing solutions to improve fitness tracker performance, integration with the app.
• Conduct tests, and validations for new features and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
• Organise information to support other teams effectively.
• Consolidate and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
• Regularly refine and update documentation to ensure usability and relevance.
• Explore industry trends in tech and wearables to recommend new features or improvements.
• Process goods receipts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Update tracking files and perform data entry for financial records.
• Reconcile offline budget tracking against finance reports to ensure accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate weekly and bi-weekly meetings with the stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas in advance, book venues, send invitations, and manage logistics for meetings.
• Record and distribute accurate minutes for all meetings.

Job requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Degree in any related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
