Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the HR Department and managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
•
• Manage and maintain employee records in the information system (including details, medical leave, leave, etc.).
• Oversee work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
• Perform daily HR duties, from on boarding to off-boarding.
• Prepare employee correspondence, such as appointment letters, salary adjustments, etc.
• Assist with filing and document management.
• Provide administrative support during the absence of the Assistant HR & Admin Manager.
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Assistant HR & Admin Manager or Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll Processing:the Assistant HR & Admin Manager or Directors assign
• Calculate employee salaries, overtime and deductions based on company policies and payroll system.
• Generate and distribute payslips to employees.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax returns to relevant authorities.
• Monitor and update payroll records to reflect changes in employee status, salary adjustments, or deductions.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records including personal details, employment information, and benefits selections.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
