Air Import Operations Executive - #1090299

Job Description:

• Basic up to $3000
• Monday - Friday
• 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: Changi 

Job Scope:

• Work with the Customer Service team and vendors to manage incoming shipments, clearance, and delivery.
• Enter shipment details into the system.
• Check and process shipment documents when they arrive.
• Handle permits and arrange deliveries.
• Coordinate with Freight Forwarders for cargo clearance and update reports.
• Organize delivery orders and make sure all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are received.
• Share POD details with the Customer Service team and update records for billing.
• Visit terminals or warehouses when needed to handle documents or check cargo.
• Help with company projects and any other tasks assigned by the Air Freight Manager.
