Job Info:

• Salary : Basic up to $2900 + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 5:30 pm; Alternate Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
• Location: Changi South (Company Transport at Tanah Merah MRT)

Job Scope:

• Handle operational calls and respond to customer requests
• Manage daily paperwork, including invoices, and input service and repair jobs into the system
• Serve as a Customer Service Advisor when needed
• Assist with accident reporting at the Accident Reporting Centre
• Collect cash from Customer Service Advisors and submit it to the Corporate Office

Requirements:

• At least 2 years Customer service / aftersales admin experience in automotive workshop
• Minimum NTC 3 IN Automotive Technology
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
